The 30th CIPA Symposium is fast approaching! Join us in Seoul, South Korea, from August 25-29, 2025, as we explore this year’s theme: “Heritage Conservation from Bits: From Digital Documentation to Data-driven Heritage Conservation.”

We invite researchers, professionals, and site managers to submit their work for presentation at the symposium. This is your chance to contribute to the growing conversation on how data and technology are shaping cultural heritage conservation. Accepted papers will be included in the ISPRS Archives or ISPRS Annals, following a rigorous peer-review process.

Submission Deadlines

ISPRS Archives:

• March 9, 2025: Extended abstract submission deadline
• April 27, 2025: Review notification
• June 15, 2025: Full paper submission deadline

ISPRS Annals:

• April 20, 2025: Full paper submission deadline
• June 1, 2025: Review notification
• July 13, 2025: Camera-ready full paper submission deadline
